Ingredients:
- eggs noodles 500 g (soak into hot water until the noodles....tender)
- dried chilly ( 15 pieces)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 2 medium onion
( blend the chilly, garlic, ginger and 1 medium onion : another one sliced thinly)
- 200 g fresh prawn
- 100 g tofu
- bean sprout
- carrot (sliced thinly)
- 200 g park soy ( green leaf vegetables)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon vegetables oil
- 4 tablespoon dark soy sauce (as desired)
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce (as desired)
- 1 teaspoon salt (as desired)
- 1 cup of water
- rinse the noodles under cold water and drain
- meanwhile : heat the wok with oil and stir fry the sliced onion until browned
- add the blended ingredients and stir until the chillies separated from the oil
- add prawn
- after a while add the soy sauce and the oyster sauce and not to forget the salt
- add water and leave until boil
- add the noodles and stir
- when the noodles is almost cooked add all the vegetables
- after the vegetables wilts and the sauce become dry... add the eggs..stir well
- ready to eat now......hehehe
